References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
By accessing the bitcasino Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the services offered by bitcasino, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bitcasino with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
bitcasino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. The bitcasino Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bitcasino reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the bitcasino Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bitcasino makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to maintain only one Account on the bitcasino Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. bitcasino reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with such accounts.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. bitcasino is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
3.5 KYC Verification. bitcasino is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you. bitcasino shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 You must notify bitcasino immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach. bitcasino may suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.
4.4 bitcasino recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure. Players who enable 2FA accept responsibility for maintaining access to their authentication device.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bitcasino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at bitcasino's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on the bitcasino Platform is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one to three business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to third parties, is strictly prohibited. bitcasino reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction it deems suspicious.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the bitcasino Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player.
5.7 Withdrawal to Source. bitcasino applies a return-to-source policy where possible, meaning withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy is applied to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
6.1 bitcasino may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bitcasino reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the Account of any player who is found to be abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse with other players.
6.4 bitcasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.1 All games available on the bitcasino Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.
7.2 The outcome of all Random Number Generator (RNG) games is determined by certified random number generation software. bitcasino does not manipulate game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, bitcasino reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's Account. bitcasino is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 bitcasino's decision on all game-related disputes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

11.1 The bitcasino Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bitcasino disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 bitcasino does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, bitcasino's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 bitcasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bitcasino has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bitcasino's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
bitcasino collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bitcasino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bitcasino will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting customer support.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and bitcasino, you agree to first contact bitcasino's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. bitcasino will endeavor to respond to all dispute submissions within five (5) business days.
14.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the initial dispute submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, bitcasino reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
